I managed a tiny bit of 2-color fair isle on an ornament, and that's about the extent of my colorwork experience. So I gotta say, you might think that back looks messy, but I'm looking at that and thinking the whole thing looks like MAGIC. (Or "voodoo black magic", as my stepfather calls all knitting, haha.)
