So I ripped it all, even the lovely sequined silk.. and started Sahara. I finished the whole body and it fits perfectly! I just have to add the sleeves. I think you will lobe Saharah, except knitting the lace part, it looks nice but k3tog is hell!! I was very excited to see your purchases, if only because they confirmed my own recent inventory decisions - I have Claudia's silk (though not in that color), and I just got some beaded silk from ArtYarns. I can't WAIT for Rhinebeck! And good call on skipping the Debbie Bliss. I love all of the yarn you chose, especially the silk! I love that sweater, though I bought the pattern for the Simply Knitted Bodice, before the other one came out.I have seen some ugle SKB, too, but most of the ones I've seen were either a. Not made with the recommended yarn, b. done in VARIEGATED yarn (WHY?), and c. made in the wrong size and swam on the knitter. I hope I will not fall prey to any of those things. :) Wow!
